Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and VASA Trend AI LLC (doing business as "VASA Traders," "VASA," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates https://vasatraders.com. By accessing or using this website, our courses, memberships, community, or any related service (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. What the Services are (and are not)

VASA Trading Academy provides educational content about trading — including courses, written materials, chart examples, live and recorded training, and a members' community. The Services are for general educational and informational purposes only.

The Services are NOT, and must not be relied upon as: investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice; a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, option, currency, or other financial instrument; or a personalized suggestion tailored to your circumstances. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Services. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

3. No guarantees

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. We do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, income, or performance. Any examples, historical results, or hypothetical scenarios are illustrative only and are not a promise of future results.

4. Accounts

Some Services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Purchases, subscriptions & billing

• Payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's terms.
• Subscriptions (monthly plans). Monthly memberships auto-renew each billing period until cancelled. You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Access and any associated community role continue until the end of the current paid period and are not pro-rated. Cancel through your account or by emailing info@vasatraders.com.
• One-time purchases. Courses and coaching programs sold for a one-time fee grant access as described at the point of sale.
• Price changes. We may change prices prospectively; changes do not affect the current paid period of an existing subscription.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade access and remove associated community roles until payment is resolved.
• Taxes. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated; you are responsible for any taxes due.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. License & intellectual property

All course materials, videos, slides, PDFs, charts, text, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. On purchase we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the materials for your own personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not copy, record, download (except where expressly provided), redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly share, or create derivative works from the materials, and you may not share your account or access. Violation immediately terminates your license and may result in account termination without refund.

7. Community rules

Our community (including any Discord server or other channels) is a space for educational discussion. You agree not to: post personalized "buy/sell" calls or trade signals; solicit or provide personalized investment advice; promote, pump, or spam securities or other products; harass, abuse, or discriminate; share others' private information; or post unlawful, infringing, or misleading content. We may remove content and remove or ban members at our discretion. Trade discussion must stay educational in nature.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping, reverse-engineering, interfering with operation, uploading malicious code, or using the Services in violation of any law.

9. Third-party services & links

The Services rely on and link to third parties (for example, Stripe, Discord, MailerLite, hosting, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

10. Disclaimers of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VASA Trend AI LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Services — even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VASA Trend AI LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your trading decisions, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct we reasonably believe is harmful. On termination, the license in Section 6 ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not otherwise subject to an agreed alternative process.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
