Part A — Risk Disclaimer & Educational Notice

Educational purpose only. All VASA Trading Academy content — courses, videos, slides, PDFs, chart examples, live and recorded training, and community discussion — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, and not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, option, futures contract, currency, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.

Not an adviser. VASA Trend AI LLC is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and nothing we provide creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship. We do not know your personal financial situation and do not provide personalized advice. Consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.

Substantial risk of loss. Trading and investing carry a high level of risk and are not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital. Options and other leveraged instruments carry additional, heightened risk and can result in losses exceeding your initial investment. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

No guarantees; no performance promises. We do not guarantee any profit, income, or result. Smart Money Concepts, price action, and options strategies are discretionary frameworks that describe probabilities, not certainties — no method wins every trade. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any examples, backtests, or hypothetical or simulated results are illustrative only, have inherent limitations, do not represent actual trading, and are not a promise of future performance.

Your responsibility. All trading and investment decisions are your own. You are solely responsible for your outcomes, and you agree that VASA Trend AI LLC is not liable for any losses arising from your use of our education.

Hypothetical-results notice. Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

Part B — Testimonials & Earnings Disclaimer

Any testimonials or examples reflect individual experiences and are not typical; they are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. We make no earnings or income claims. Individual results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, risk management, and market conditions — most of which mean many people who buy education do not achieve the results they hope for.

Part C — Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. These terms match our dedicated Refund Policy:

• VASA Trend AI and Trader Discipline Journal subscriptions: you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your first subscription payment, and we will refund it in full.
• Academy courses and one-time programs: refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
• Also refundable: a technical access failure caused by us that we cannot resolve within 24 hours, and any duplicate charge in the same billing period.
• Cancellations and renewals: monthly subscriptions (memberships) may be cancelled anytime to stop future renewals. Outside the 48-hour window, cancellation is not a refund of the current period, and periods are not pro-rated — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Not refundable: partial billing periods after the 48-hour window; dissatisfaction with trading results (all content is educational and no outcome is promised); failure to cancel before a renewal date; accounts closed for Terms of Service violations; and free resources or webinars.
• Consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction may grant additional rights that override this policy; nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived.

Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a breach of our Terms; we reserve the right to revoke access and community roles and to contest fraudulent chargebacks with transaction and access records.

How to cancel or request a refund. Manage your subscription through your account, or email [email protected] with your account email, the charge date, and a brief reason. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
