Educational purpose only. All VASA Trading Academy content — courses, videos, slides, PDFs, chart examples, live and recorded training, and community discussion — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, and not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, option, futures contract, currency, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.

Not an adviser. VASA Trend AI LLC is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and nothing we provide creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship. We do not know your personal financial situation and do not provide personalized advice. Consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.

Substantial risk of loss. Trading and investing carry a high level of risk and are not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital. Any testimonials or examples reflect individual experiences and are not typical; they are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. We make no earnings or income claims. Individual results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, risk management, and market conditions — most of which mean many people who buy education do not achieve the results they hope for.

Part C — Refund Policy

Because our products are digital educational materials delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Specifically:

• Monthly subscriptions (memberships) may be cancelled anytime to stop future renewals; cancellation is not a refund of the current period, and periods are not pro-rated. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
• One-time courses and coaching programs are non-refundable once purchased and access has been granted.
• Consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction may grant additional rights that override this policy; nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived.

Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a breach of our Terms; we reserve the right to revoke access and community roles and to contest fraudulent chargebacks with transaction and access records.
