Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data VASA Trend AI LLC ("VASA Trading Academy," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. If you have questions, contact us at info@vasatraders.com.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your email address (lead capture); your name and phone number (at webinar registration); messages you send us; and any profile details you provide.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of purchase and limited billing details; we do not store your full card number.
• Community data: if you join our Discord, your Discord user ID and activity in our server (also governed by Discord's own policy).
• Usage & device data: pages viewed, links clicked, webinar attendance and watch-time, email opens/clicks, IP address, browser/device, and approximate location.
• Marketing attribution: UTM parameters, referrer, and advertising click identifiers (for example Google gclid, Meta fbclid/fbp) captured when you arrive from an ad or link.

2. How we use it

• Deliver the Services (course access, community, webinar, support).
• Send transactional emails and, with your consent where required, marketing/nurture emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• Score and manage leads in our CRM and follow up (including by phone for high-intent leads who provided a number).
• Measure and improve our content, funnel, and campaigns (analytics).
• Run and optimize advertising, including conversion tracking and building custom/lookalike audiences.
• Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with law.

3. Legal bases (GDPR/UK-GDPR, where applicable)

Where these laws apply, we rely on: contract (to provide purchased Services); consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies/ad pixels); legitimate interests (securing, improving, and marketing our Services in a balanced way); and legal obligation (tax, records). You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Phone communications

If you provide a phone number at webinar registration, you consent to be contacted by phone about the program. We honor do-not-call and opt-out requests.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share data with service providers acting on our behalf, including:

• Stripe — payments.
• MailerLite — email delivery and automation.
• Supabase — our database/CRM (lead and customer records).
• Hostinger — website/app hosting.
• Google Analytics — website analytics.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising pixel and Conversions API.
• Google Ads — advertising and conversion tracking.
• Discord — community platform.

We may also disclose data to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or in a business transfer (merger or acquisition). Using advertising pixels and Conversions API to build audiences and measure ads may be considered "sharing" of personal information under California law; see Section 7 for your choices.

6. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with consent where required, analytics and advertising cookies/pixels — including Meta Pixel and Google Analytics/Ads — plus server-side conversion tracking (Meta Conversions API) that may send hashed identifiers and event data (for example, lead or purchase) tied to your ad click ID. You can control non-essential cookies via your browser settings.

7. Your rights & choices

• Email: unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information and targeted advertising; we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
• EU/UK (GDPR): rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object, and to withdraw consent; you may complain to your supervisory authority.
• Exercise any right by emailing info@vasatraders.com. We may need to verify your identity.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business and legal purposes (for example, tax records), then delete or anonymize it. Lead records are retained while active in our pipeline and for a reasonable follow-up period thereafter.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States and use providers that may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

11. Children

The Services are for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 (or the age of majority in your location). If you believe a minor provided us data, contact us to remove it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Effective" date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified by email.
